Great quality DVDs and blue rays. Big selection of free kid movies. It has a television episodes aisle. Many copies of popular movies. Great prices. DVDs do not skip. Great service. Unbelievable hours and days open.

Great place. The manager Angela and her team have been there for a while. Ive been renting for over a decade. Seems like the other locations go through people alot. It's always nice customer service there. Sometimes people ask why I still go to a Family Video if they are supposedly not gonna last like the other video stores? Well my response is, "Do you enjoy going to the movie theater and paying almost 50$ for 2 people to see a movie, get a soda each and 1 popcorn (and this is on a tuesday)?? No? You don't? Well why wouldn't I support a business that offers for me to see that once it comes out on DVD for a massive price difference AND I get to enjoy it at home, in my pajamas with my 500% reduced price popcorn, with actual real butter on it and my 500% reduced price soda...???" The only caveat is you need to be a bit patient for it to come out on dvd which usually take 2 months. I won't contribute to helping a great business disappear because it's "old school" or "archaic", if it does go (which I hope won't be in my lifetime) then I know people are going to miss it! Oh and also, where else can you rent games to see if you like them before you buy them? So my suggestion is....go rent some movies or games. I would suggest the Menasha location.

i rented a malfunctioning movie. The Service that I received on the 21st of October was the BEST I have ever received at this location.Kudos to the Lady behind the counter at  around 4 p.m. that made my faulty rental experience  a pleasant one.  If she's not management she should be, give her a raise, keep that lady there

Every time I've visited Family Video the staff has been very friendly. Great selection of movies for sale so I'm always getting a great deal.

Good selection of movies at a fair price.  Still more expensive than Netflix or other streaming but decent.
