Well this is my go to place for trying out new videos games and movies. But that doesn't mean its the best. Most of the time I go here the games I want aren't even there, and when they are, they hardly even work! That is really frustrating when you are really looking forward to trying out a new game or movie. But even with these let downs, they still try their best to make the customer happy, even if it takes a long time.

Been going to family video for years. They recently got rid of the nice friendly staff that they were known for and hired some shady characters. One of them is a dude with an afro that has a inch and a half long nail on his thumb. For those who don't know why that's significant, drug addicts and dealers alike have those in order to cut drugs more effectively. Needless to say, I won't be going back.
