Went to print some 4x6 photos that were on sale when you buy a hundred.  Didn't say edits weren't allowed,  they just had to be 4x6 photo prints.  The machines were barely working and then the coupon would not apply to my sisters order of just plain 4x6 photos so the manger applied it manually.  Now it's my turn and I have a few pics with text and borders.  She said the coupon wouldn't apply because of them.  However I went home and reviewed the coupon,  saw it doesn't say excludes edits,  so I called. A shift manager named Lisa was very polite said that we were correct and would honor the 12 cent photos. Then I get to the store and some lady name Gladys said no that I knew from the beginning I wasn't going to get the sale and that no it doesn't matter what the coupon says or that they are typically the same price,  she wasn't gonna change her mind and I was gonna pay full price. She was very rude and didn't want to accept the coupon even when Lisa said it was okay and she knew that the coupon didn't say boarders were excluded. Lisa tried what she could to help and was very apologetic about our experience but her boss was being a Grinch . So we left without our pictured and went to the Roundlake walgreens that happily gave us the sale because it "only made sense" and "the coupon doesn't say you can't". So thank you shift manager Lisa for the great costumer service,  your efforts were much appreciated.

I will never use this location for a pharmacy again. I have been sitting at the drive up window for 16 minutes now and there is only one kid helping the whole department.
