First I took my brother here and he got a wonderful caring physician. She was very informative in telling us all the programs he was eligible for Since then I started seeing Dr. Webb too and I can say she has helped me tremendously to get my health and well-being back on track. 
Everyone in the office has been nice, polite and professional. I would recommend this Family Care  to my friends and family.

Took my husband here for a FOLLOW UP on his toe because he had cellulitis. I didn't even want to take him to this place, but the doctor at the ER told us to go to family care for a follow up, so we did. The doctor he saw was a quack and didn't listen to anything my husband was telling him. He didn't even look at my husband's toe and gave my husband a check up, EKG, checked his ears, tonsils, etc. We were not there for a check up and now we are going to have to pay for this check up, something we were not there for. I would never recommend this place to anyone ,even at a last resort. My husband hurt his toe at work and the doctor's thought he was shooting heroin into his toe. That was the most upsetting thing I heard. We are not like that in any way whatsoever, so for the doctors not to believe my husband, shame on you.

My primary healthcare provider has been located here since I was a child, and I continue to go there today for their adult women's care. The staff are always polite and professional. They do their best to be timely and efficient.

Family lack of care is a better name. My daughter had a 4:15pm appt. today. We checked in, waited an hour, and when I inquired as to the wait, was told the Dr. had a family emergency. No one called, let us sign in and wait for someone who they knew wasn't even there. They have no communication between staff, are often ride and uncaring, and never call when someone has to leave. It is not the first time this has happened. This is the worst so called health care facility I have ever encountered in my lifetime. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.

This place isnt for people looking for pain pills whats so ever. Ofcourse on the phone they tell you that they write them but they dont. They just get you in to get your money. The doctors their have a strict policy against pain pills.
