As a rule of thumb, the food and service is very good.  We have been coming here for years.!  However, in the last 6 months or so, the ribs seem to be "hit it miss".  Flavor is always good, but sometimes the meat will practically fall off the bones and sometimes they are pretty tough meat.  I don't know what they changed, but I'm not find of the change.  Portions are good, Wilbur Beans are to die for and Cold Slaw is good as well as the corn muffins.  BUT, they need to be more consistent like they used to be.

It's decent BBQ food.  Not the best I've had but for a large chain, it 's pretty good.  This particular location has a lot of seating.  I do wonder why it takes 20-30 minutes to prepare food when it's all pre-cooked though.

I was impressed from opening the door we were recognized and seated immediately. The restaurant was in the middle of a heavy dinner rush. The waitress was right on top of our questions and order. The food was very good from the ribs to the brisket to the the burnt ends. I recommend this Famous Dave’s

We showed up around 6pm on 10/22 with a table for 8 adults and 5 kids.. I forgot my servers name, but how my wife called her (the one with the big butt) she was really nice, very attentive in getting refills, asking if we needed anything, and at the end clearing the table and asking if we needed boxes etc.. the food was amazing and the service even better thank you very much I will be coming back to this location
