The staff here was SOOO helpful!! Both my brother and I had a hard time finding shoes in our shoe size because they'd already been sold (must have popular sizes) but the staff helped order the right size and get it shipped to my home. So great! Would go here again!

Larger selection than at the mall and friendly employees. Easy to get in and out here.

I have always bought my shoes at famous footwear. I always wait for the sales to get my kids shoes and thought this place the place to go. I sent my son to pick up some shoes for work but it turns out he can't wear them. I decided to return them. He wore them for about 2 minutes in the house. When I returned them the worker there said no to the return because the bottoms had some slight marking on them. I was given the choice of some store credit. I walked out with the shoes. I feel like good customer service goes much further than not accepting a return. I will spread the word about returns here.

Clean, easy to find what you want, friendly and helpful staff, nice selections (for men coming from a man). No complaints from me.
