Went in to check out selection. I greeted the first male employee and was ignored, and the second employee, a young female, asked other customers if they needed any assistance, but never asked me. She was also complaining about her job to another customer and saying how much she hated Oregon. I tried on five pairs of shoes and no employee ever said a word to me to offer any assistance, so I walked out buying nothing. Still no word as I walked out the door. Bad customer service.

Not happy at all with the customer service.  No help even when asked for assistance and the kid was rude as all could be. I regret spending $375.00 here and will not return.

I can mostly find what I'm looking for.  The rewards and clearance rack make it worthwhile. Bought 2 pairs the other day for $40....had a rewards certificate and clearance rack.
