I went there to have my daughter's shoes repaired. She wanted that done for her birthday. She finally gets them home, puts them on and the piece he repaired broke right off. My daughter is so tiny. IF she weighed more than 105 lbs, I might have said it was her weight but it was definitely the case of bad shoe repair. We have both decided not to go back there again. However, if anyone knows of a great shoe repair, please let us know! Very interested and hard to find in Grants Pass! Thank you!!

I was not only impressed with the expedited service, but, after I got home & really looked at my boots, I saw quality repair & care above & beyond (they look new!) Obviously he takes pride in his craft.
