With over $200 of overpriced kids shoes in hand and more to shop for, our 4 and 5 yr olds need to go to the bathroom. Oh no worries, we think. Obviously we can just go here. Nope. These clowns are more concerned with their restroom "policies" than their customers or even making money. We dropped those shoes and headed for the nearest bathroom (Starbucks across the street). And no, we won't be going back to this particular Famous Footwear for those shoes, now or ever.

Went in here with a friend a few years ago. So-so customer service to could use a few more employees on hand. The shoe floor attendant should not also run the cash register. A little pricey. I go to the discount rack and if you shop alot you find a fair amount. Otherwise you get what you find.
