Wonderful customer service! I ordered a pair of shoes online for in store pick up, not realizing that they wouldn't be ready for immediate pick up. I was leaving town very soon so needed to pick them up immediately so I called the store. Within minutes of being on the phone, the girl who answered had pulled the order and got the shoes ready for pick up while I was on the phone. Appreciate the exceptional service!
