My experience was horrible. I went to the store with a handicapped individual to buy some sandals. They did not help me at all. They did not want to show the handicapped individuals any issues whatsoever and he could not get out of the car. So I parked in front of the store. They refused to help me. The place is horrible.

I had a good experience when I went. I asked the young and manager the shoe I was looking and i toward it.

Where do I begin on this horrible experience. First off all, I was not addressed at all when I came into the store. I was also looking for a specific kind of shoe and no body assisted me. Then when I left, the alarm went off; I stopped to see if anyone was going To address me, no one didn't so the group I was with and myself continued to leave. Once we got outside the store, the young lady came storming out the Door, making a Scene, and yelling at us to "come back here!" As if I was a criminal. She Told us to walk through the gate and we all did and show us our bag ( as if a pair of Shoes could fit in a clutch style purse) She realized we didn't steal anything so she turned around and went back to work-no apology or even a "have a great day". It's a shame that this generation of employees do not appreciate not understand the value of respect. As a traveler who used to enjoy coming out to this facility, I'm thoroughly embarrassed, felt belittled, and disgusted by the way this young lady handled the situation. I will not Be returning to this facility and I recommend others to take advantage of the other shoe stores in the outlet mall. Their prices were better and their customer service was exceptionally better. Never again...

Although they have a good selection of shoes, the mark-up is unreal for an outlet store.

My experience this past weekend was the worst!!!!! I was in the store with my sisters and we barely stayed in there for five minutes. Upon leaving, the alarm went off. We stopped at the door and look at the worker behind the register, she did nothing. We left the store and about 20 ft away another associate from the store hollered out the door for us to come back. At this point I'm embarrassed because she's hollering like we stole something (mind you we have NO shopping bags). We ask is there a problem, she says (with hostility) that we didn't beep when we came in so I need yall to walk through the doors again... She really made this a dramatic production and it was very embarrassing. We walk in and out and at this point I told her that I would be calling her supervisor to complain. She still (in a hostile manner) told Us yall didn't beep coming in and smacking her lips in a very unprofessional manner. After this degrading experience I will NEVER spend my hard earned money at famous footwear again! I have told my friends and loved ones about this horrifying ordeal and they aren't going back either.
