Very unprofessional workers, so walked in workers had on bonnets and scarfs on their head. One was playing music with profanity in it. It was me and another lady in there shopping, older lady. No help, even though I seen the sign buy one it one 50% off, do you think they pushed it or even let us know again. I got to the counter, well guess what? The music continued, no one asked did you find everything ok, and the young lady continues to play the music loud until one of the ladies, I assume was a manager, could not tell, cause she let it go on until I gave her a look like REALLY. Then she told the young lady to turn it down. They were young, oh not to forget, one was on FaceTime when I walked in. Just all around unprofessional. The shoes were nice. But will take my business some where else

This is one of the worst shoelands I’ve ever been to. First let me start by saying I went here today at 1pm the hours of operation said they open at 10 . When I got there they were still not open ..they finally decided to open up at 1:15pm. I won’t be shopping here or anywhere like this it’s ghetto the music is WAY TO LOUD!!! And they sit they ass down and don’t ask if you need help or anything.. I’ve video footage of this horrible place!!!

They are always out of cash... I went there today they had a no cash sign on the door with the door locked so even if you paying with a debit/credit card you still couldn’t get in. I called 3 TIMES to find out what time they were going to unlock the doors NO ONE ANSWERED!!!

Customer service is horrible when it comes to trying to use a in store credit you have. Otherwise shoes are to die for
