Great place to shop. Very organized. Friendly Staff.

The honest opinion of this store is not bad at all, but I think there is some things that I observe, that makes me want to see where else I can buy stuff, but the location keeps me coming back. The store has tons of University of Kentucky gear, and usually has awesome prices and sales depending on the week. The only thing I don't like, is when i am in, and I have a question, is that the employees don't seem approachable. They will often be folding shirts/sweatshirts, and won't look up at you, even if you walk by them. I could be mis-interpreting, but it feels like they don't want to be bothered. It isn't a huge deal, just an observation.

Bought a watch from FO for my sister in North Carolina, did not check it out carefully. Gave it to her for her birthday and it did't work.

I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews for this place, I LOVE Fan Outfitters! Bought a John Wall autographed picture from them that no one else had, and their t-shirts are awesome!

Went hoping there was something in there like a Cincinnati Reds cap. The girl who waited on me said," Let me direct you to Cincinnati." This kind of help I for one neither appreciate nor need.
