I drove an hour to old navy to exchange some clothes I had ordered online for clothes that I like. Because money is tight I was going to use the exchanged money for my purchases. When I got there I was told that you cannot exchange online items for in store items. I can completely respect policy, but the associate then told me that it was fine as long as I stayed within the same budget as the return items. I went shopping for about an hour, found, budgeted, and tried on all the clothes I wanted. I then went to the register and was told I cannot do the transaction. I then had to put all my clothes back, and leave empty handed. As I said I can respect policy, but I really wished I was informed correctly to save the time and trouble

Store clerk was rude. Marked sale items weren't honored at sale price at the register. The store looked horrible, boxes everywhere and clothes were piled up. Clerks were too busy chatting to assist or put up stock. We did purchase several items but after leaving the store decided that we will return it all. Why spend money when you feel like you're not appreciated.

Many items not price correctly. Got a pair of jeans off a shelf that had multiple stacks of the same ones, sign said 15 but register said 30. And I was too polite and I paid the 30.
