My wife and I own an old Victorian home build in 1848 which still retained much of its original standing seam tin roof. However years of neglect and numerous scrapings had caused numerous leaks in critical places. We wished to replace the original roof with a modern roof that maintained the same aesthetics. Fania worked closely with us to define materials that would provide the aesthetics and a concept that kept the price within reach (to be sure this was not an inexpensive roof!). Fania did everything they said they would do in precisely the time agreed upon. The workmanship was outstanding. The company worked with us on the unexpected issues that are always present with an old house. Overall we were extremely pleased. We can recommend Fania without reservation.

Fania employees do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. If you need roofing this company will send someone who is knowledgeable and responsive to inquiries. You won't find yourself worrying if your roofer is insured and reliable. Everyone I met from Fania had specialized knowledge beyond what is needed on most jobs. They are an impressive group in a crowded field.

North Country Slate has been the roofing slate supplier to Fania Roofing on the First Presbyterian Church in Blairstown, New Jersey and private estate house in South Orange, New Jersey. The projects went excellent as the workmanship and the quality of installation met and exceeded the requirements specified. As a member of both the National Slate Association and Slate Roofing Contractors Association, Fania Roofing is recognized throughout the natural slate roofing industry as a premier slate roofing contractor.
