Unbelievable attention to detail and customer care! Jon and his team were extremely easy to work with and they did an excellent job replacing our entire roof and gutter system and added a vent to help prevent ice damming. We were very pleased with the work. A couple of months later we noticed a leak in our kitchen ceiling which has an upper level deck above it. Jon came out right away to investigate. He took half a day testing various entry points for the water and found the problem. It had nothing to do with the roof they had installed but they repaired it for us anyway. That’s the kind of customer service you don’t come across very often any more. Normally I’m very suspicious of service companies (having been disappointed in the past) but Jon Parker and American home contractors won my trust and I would definitely recommend them very highly. I would hire them again without hesitation. Thank you for all your hard work!

After getting estimates from more than 5 local contractors for an unexpected roof replacement on my recently purchased home, my wife and I decided to work with Chris, Travis, and AHC. Their quote fell on the high end of the estimates we received, but we felt comfortable with the transparency, communication, and care Chris and Travis put into all of our  interactions. It was a bad situation to begin with: We just bought a house, and despite having a roof that was less than 10-years-old, our home inspector told us it was aging prematurely and identified one active leak. We brought the issue to the seller who had a contractor (local) check out the issues we outlined and said there were no leaks, the roof was in great shape, and no repairs were necessary. We foolishly took the sellers at their word, and two days after we moved in - during a huge rain in October - water came gushing through the same spot that was identified as an active leak AND continued down to the first floor kitchen ceiling. We were wrecked. We hired a well-reputed local roofer to patch up the issue, but after 2 visits we were still taking water. By the time Chris and Travis came around, they knew we were drained. They were thorough, detailed in explaining the process, and went out of their way to make sure that the roof install went well, was cleaned up, and stood behind any potential residual issues - of which, we've had none. I'd recommend these guys to anyone, and plan to call them back when we need siding done.

We recently completed a roof, gutter, siding and front door replacement with the wonderful team of AHC.  Our project was headed by Dave DaVeiga who made the process a pleasure.  Dave helped us with all the decisions that had to be made in the planning stage. He was always accessible and explained the process so we knew exactly what was happening at all times.  He helped us with his expertise in making decisions about colors, styles, and technical knowledge of the products. When the actual work started, Patricio and his team took over and did an incredible job.  They were prompt, courteous and efficient. Jon stopped by at one point which again indicated to us what a great team effort our project was. Dave didn't just help plan and disappear. He was there throughout the project and always asking if we had questions.  Our house looks great! Thanks to a great team!
