Awesome experience every time. Always call ahead and make an appointment otherwise you will wait. This store has a lot of consistent clientele who book ahead. Debra not only cuts and styles my hair but offers a long term plan to develop the overall quality of your hair. Highly recommend her. Make an appointment.

I waited 20 minutes, which is ok. I don't mind waiting, but when I'm finally seen, the woman who's going to cut my hair, doesn't listen to what I'm saying. She can only see a picture and cut the hair via the picture. Nothing I explained to her makes any sense to her. A stylus should be able to understand how to fade hair with or without a picture. I don't know if she was just very inexperienced or obstinate but after trying to explain a few more times, I was discouraged and told her that I needed to go somewhere else.  None of the other stylists stepped up to say "hey let me do it." I would not recommend this particular Fantastic Sams to anyone unless you have the exact picture of the hairstyle that you want.

Called ahead for an appointment. Minimal wait. Knowledgeable staff! Definitely recommend!

Didn't like the fact that every other Fantastic Sams I have gone to when I get my haircut and donate it I don't have to pay for the haircut itself just anything extra but this place I had to pay for the haircut also didn't really appreciate that cuz I do donate my hair.
