If I could give them a zero, I would! I came I. For a mani pedi. Before they even started, I showed them a picture of what I wanted and asked if they could do it. They told me I grabbed the wrong color. I asked again if they could do it and they asked me to have a seat. The lady that did my pedicure was excellent. However, the female that did the rest of my manicure was super rude! She messed up my nails and when I pointed out that they didn’t look like the picture, she put another polish on top and told me, “See? That look worse.” I agreed and told her that the glitter should gradually fade into the color. She then said, “well, we don’t have that polish.” Really? Why not tell me that from the get go so we don’t waste each other’s time?? I asked if I could please just get the 4 nails that she polished with glitter changed to the same black as the rest of my nails. She basically yanked at my hands as she re painted the nails! When she came back to spray the nails, she yanked me again! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone!! The female with the star necklace should not be dealing with customers!

The woman that sits in the front and does nails. Is very rude and doesn’t have any customer service skills! The shop is old and dirty. It’s only 2 people that that can put on nails so when it gets busy. They have major attitudes and start to rush on your nails.DONT GO TO THIS SHOP YOU WILL LEAVE TO REGRET IT!

The worst nail shop in temple Terrace. I went to get a fill because my guy is out of town. Rude people, and it's only 2 people in there that can actually put on nails. If you want good quality and no rush job then please I repeat please do not go here.
