The people there are nice and friendly. Unfortunately it took extremely long to color and cut my hair. Four and a half hours to be exact. And did not turn out anything like the photo I showed. Fyi- they also don't go over pricing if you're getting any kind of color. To the store manager I spoke with: "You can't please everyone but you should at least aim to. There's definitely a line between your employees making a mistake and a customer being disrespectful." I didn't pay for the color since it was incorrect. I was calm and patient the entire time despite the situation. The unfortunate part is I will now have to pay and take more time to have my hair fixed. See photo I posted. I look like a lion :/ 
Additional edit: it was supposed to be an allover highlight not a full color. It is impossible to see the highlights. It looks as if someone dumped paint on my head.

Been going to Sasha for many years. Cut about 10 inches into bob cut, very talented, she did exactly how I wanted and even rounded my hair to my face. She highlighted my hair into the two colors I asked for (red and blonde) into a beautiful mix. I would highly recommend her and continue to get my hair styled by her.

Sasha, the store manager, did an amazing job. She was super friendly and respectful to the colors I wanted and the cut I wanted, I showed her a picture and she did exactly that. Overall, extremely happy with the results. Will definitely recommend!!

Horrible. Mary Lou cut my hair so badly, I had to get it fixed by another salon. I paid for the cut plus blow dry. The manager (Sacha) offered to fix my uneven hair, but I would have to wait two days before she could do it. I declined and got a refund. The refund was for the cut only. When I questioned where the other $5 was, I got told, “Well, you got the blow dry, right? We only refund for the cut.” I don’t believe I’ve ever had such poor customer service. It’s not about the $5, just the principle of it all. Avoid this place at all costs!

Great haircut with Sasha this morning! She cut my hair just as I wanted it and she took time and care to do a great job. Thanks Sasha and looking forward to going back next time.
