Their laser hair removal technology works leaps and bounds faster than others I have tried. In a couple months, I have made more progress with then than 2 years with others. Perhaps because they are actually willing to turn it up instead of string me along with no results. I have had no bad experiences with customer service. My first time, I went in for electrolysis, thinking the laser wasn't working fast enough for me. The lady who helped me that first time asked me why I was doing it and what my previous experience was, and she taught me the real difference between the two and convinced me that laser was for me, and I would be miserable with electrolysis. Their laser ended up working noticeably the first day, and I'm so happy she stopped and challenged me on my original decision. It seems like she at least really cares about the customers and their results.

Wow! I have been reading reviews of this place before I buy a groupon and venture to get a treatment here. What convinced me not to go was ALL the mean and unprofessional replies to the unhappy customers. Whoever answered to the reviews clearly doesn't have a training in customer service. First of all, when you have an unhappy customer, apologize (even though is not your fault) and try to fix it (even though the client might not be right) I know people are hard to please, but all the responses are completely unprofessional.

I've worked in customer service and sales for years including med spas since I've become a medical aesthetician and laser tech; I was very surprised and disappointed with my appointment. Not only was I concerned when I noticed the nurse injector never once looked at my paperwork to check my meds, health, back ground, or ....anything really before sticking the needle in my forehead (with out gloves or washing her hands) . But she kept trying to convince me to purchase triple times the amount that I already purchased with my groupon; repeatedly. I explained to her I was uncomfortable with having this amount injected in my forehead. I told her what I normally get and liked, and what my own doctor over my clinic usually suggests and works; and when that wasn't enough of an explanation I went on to explain that I actually had injected almost the amount she was recommending once before, and I couldn't move my eyebrows for weeks and was very uncomfortable with the look of it. My husband even asked me to never get it again. I'm only 27 and don't have wrinkles just one laugh line. She still tried to tell me it wouldn't work if I didn't get the amount she advised, even though I explained its what I always get. The moment she decided she wouldn't get a sale from me she completely disconnected. Treated me like a groupon client even though I would have been an excellent, regular client if she would quit focussing on her own agenda and hear all the services I was interested in. Even though I was curious about lip injections and wanted to book an appointment that day. She wouldn't give me information on it, wouldn't even hold a conversation with me about it besides handing me flyers to read at home although I was clearly interested. I was really baffled. Just Really bad customer service in all honesty. Even though they had a great price point for their lip injections I ultimately decided to go somewhere else. After going home and thinking it all over it didn't sit well with me. I currently work in a med spa in cherry creek offering all of the same services besides injections; we would never treat our clients that way. And I wouldn't trust her to not send me out looking like Kylie Jenner just to help her paycheck. If that wasn't enough, Reading the owner threaten another client with a lawsuit for slander???? Woahhh talk about unprofessional! Just for giving a bad Google review definitely seals the deal for me. Not the type of company I want to give my business too. I guess I could expect the threat of a lawsuit now too 😂 I guess it's back to my clinic Doctor who does a better job anyways. He's worth the wait over this crap. (Recap)... To "the owner" your response doesn't even make sense? Posted what? And please show me this post 😂 Lol... What kind of business owner are you? My husband and I own businesses from sushi stores to laundry matts and rental properties... It's not like we haven't received a bad review, yet most busines minded people know you can't build clientele this way. 2/16/17 update... I just had an email concerning my google review and came to review it and noticed the owners claim that "video footage" begged to differ on my review. If that is the case, please feel free to post this video footage because now I will flat out call you a liar. Now, I run my own very successful med spa under an amazing plastic surgeon and understand to the fullest what is safe, legal, and appropriate for any type of injection. So if I'm wrong, correct me please :) Also, just some advice from another spa owner... bad reviews happen especially with bad employees. Learning from your mistakes rather than arguing with your clients like an angry two year old will get you much further in your career and business. You had a lovely spa.. it really is too bad that your customer service is so disgusting... but, "take care".

What an experience. It has taken a long while to post but was scared cause they still owe me a credit. I fist went there for botox...years ago. It was okay but not what I expected. I then went back some time later and they changed to some other filler that didn't do anything and when I complained they advised to buy more. I won't do that again. I did buy a group on for IPL treatments. Well they didn't put clean my face nor did they put gel and it was over in like 5 minutes. She did wipe my face with cool pads nothing else. I went back for the rest of the treatments and still same procedure but the biggest issue NO change at all! I looked up IPL on line and those sites show a veryare different way to do IPLS. I was cheated in my opinion and I will never go back they can keep my credit and I will never recommend that place to anyone.

i purchased an ipl on groupon. 2 for 99.00. thought it was a bargain. they do not thoroughly clean your face prior. they used baby wipes. they didnt put the ultra sound gel on my face. i do not think it was an ipl machine they used. i think it was just a laser machine. it took honestly about 5 minutes to do my face. afterwards wiped it with i think again baby wipes, didn't put sunscreen on my face. just told me put aloe on , lots and lots of aloe. my face felt like i had the worst sunburn ever!. Bargain???? not at the price of my skin.... oh yeah, 1 more thing... she asked me if i want to wear goggles!?!?!?!? what? of course i want to wear goggles.
