We almost exclusively go to the south location and have had very good service there time and again. They deserve a 5 star rating. I've only been to this north location once. It was about 8 months ago, I was big pregnant and brought my son in for a haircut around 5 in the evening on a weekday. To my surprise they were about to lock up, stating they had been slow due to weather (there was barely an inch of snow on the ground), but they'd be glad to cut his hair. To say it felt rushed is an understatement, but I tried to be understanding. The haircut was fair. We paid, tipped and left.

Fast forward to today. My son has school pictures tomorrow and needed his hair cut. We also needed to make a trip to Hobby Lobby which is on the same lot as this particular salon. I checked the operating hours on google before we left, as there were other salons on the way we could've chosen if they were going to be closed before we could make it. We were in luck! Google said they didn't close til 7! So we piled in the car and headed north. We walked up to the door at 5:59 as they were closing. A paper taped to the door said their hours had changed. Seriously guys. Update your google hours information.

So we had to leave immediately to drive all the way back down to the south location to get there before they closed at 7. Only to have to turn right back around and haul ass back up the belt to Hobby Lobby. Good times. 

I won't even try this location again.
