Do not come here. They use to have decent stylists but not anymore from what I can see. 4/30/2018 I came in for a basic trim and the woman who cut my hair couldn't even do a simple neck line taper. She missed lining up my sideburns by two inches. Two inches. That's how incompetent this woman is. I don't make reviews ever but I could have done a better job myself which is appalling to me.

Son and I both had our hair cut for the first time. Very busy inside (must be popular), but we didn't have to wait long. Staff was very polite and did an outstanding job on our heads! Definitely will return.

My daughter went to Great Clips at the East Hills shopping location today. She went in for a simple trim and came home with a horrible haircut. The stylist missed a huge chunk of hair to cut and now my daughter is in tears Please make sure that the stylist Kim knows what to do when she is cutting hair I now have to spend even more money to get this problem fixed

I have made this my "go to" place for haircuts. So simple, whether you just walk in or sign in online. I have been there when someone has walked in and been told there would be a 10 minute wait and that person turn and walk out! I have never waited longer than that even when they're busy. They usually have 6-7 stylists. I have never been treated rudely or witnessed that on another person. Just the opposite. Each and every stylist I have had has been very nice. I wore my hair long FOR YEARS! Cutting it short that first time, was traumatic for me. They handled that fine for me. If somethings not quite right with your cut, tell them. They'll make it right. It's a fine place to go for a cut.

Great experience every time i have taken my family in for hair cut. Friendly workers. We always leave happy with what has been done to our hair.
