Went in for a color and hair cut was turned away as it was to close to closing time I walked in just before 4PM closing was at 5. Not sure I will go back for future services.

My stylist name was Sheila. I came from St. Louis where the Fantastic Sam's worked more like a team as a company entirely. This fantastic Sam's seems to be cut off to its corporate setting. I've always been a loyal customer of Fantastic Sam's for the upbeat setting, nice music while getting your haircut and chatty ladies. This location doesn't seem like they get alot of business, due to the recent reviews and competition in the area. Overall my experience was settle. Not much motivation to go back simply because I won't be able to earn rewards like back in St Louis.. Might check out their competitors to see what they offer their loyalty customers.
