If you want to know what a fragrance smells like, they have oodles of samples at the ready, and your not pressured by a salesperson in back of the counter making their sales pitch. They sell almost every frag, even some vintages. High end make up and hair care items. Whoever thought of this store's focus knew what they were doing, because sometime you just don't want to go to the ritzy stores or the scant drug stores for these things. Perfectly priced.

Stylist unprofessional. Other employee walking around in sandals. Stylist let her hair lay on my face as she was washing my hair. She left a bunch of conditioner in around my neck. Didn't ask if the length was good, just styled it as my chair was turned. Asked after it was styled which makes no sense. I have short fine hair, and she loaded it with product so much it was greasy and clumping together. Not to mention she bragged about coming to work at Ulta has a step up because "when you're a good stylist you want to go high end" 🙄 So yeah, not impressed. Also communication with all customers waiting was extremely awkward.

Bessie took a terrible home botched job (2 Boxes of dye to save time and $) and brought me back to life. She was able to fix it and was very gentle and took her time. It came out exactly as I wanted (needed). I am very picky when it comes to hair dressers, and I will not see anyone else. Bessie rocks, PERIOD.

Every time I go to Ulta I'm greeted with smiles by everyone and am always offered help. Nathan, especially, is always so friendly and helpful. He always goes out of his way to help me and make me feel welcome. This Ulta will always be my favorite due to their friendly employees who make me feel welcome.

I waited patiently while the sales girl helped everyone but me, I didn't complain when she walked past me to help others. I figured she was busy..maybe even a bit stressed, we all have bad days. But then she made eye contact and still didn't offer assistance. When I tried to ask for assistance she left the area and acted like she didn't even hear me. Very rude
