UPDATE- UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT BY A GUY NAME MARWAN. Very good customer service. His food is on point and delicious. Must try now! Not Mocha anymore. Wayy better now overall.

The food is pretty good espiacly with their mayonnaise 
And I don’t mind if their service isn’t to fast 
The main thing is that the food tastes good

It was my first order from Fantastic Subs, and I must admit, even though I haven't specifically told them what kind of a cake I wanted besides the shape and flavor, they did a FANTASTIC job with everything. The delivery kid was very nice, the cake is absolutely amazing. I ordered it for my cousin Sharmin and brother Taj. I know now that I can trust them with my future cakes with a blindfold on. I'm very happy with my order. Thank you to everyone who worked hard :) may Allah bless you and your business. This is my favorite place after Shatila's Bakery 🔥

If I can rate this place no stars then yea. The lack of customer service is just one of many. I gave this place chances but let’s be real here , they're many restaurants in hamtramck that go above and beyond. If you want to be treated like you’re nothing but annoying and want low quality food then this is your spot. The place will give you the shivers not to eat here. It’s filthy, old, and most importantly not one once of customer service. The girls that work in there are as dumb as bricks they just stare at you like you’re not normal. Food is either greasy or not what you ordered. Expensive and low quality. If you want to place a carry out order, good luck getting them on the phone and if you do you’ll have to repeat what you want like 5x before they can finally get it. The Dearborn location is a lot better but still over priced.

Best restaurant in hamtramck,  great food ,great service. I would definitely come back again .
