This is a tough one to review. We go for concerts, which are fabulous. Great performers, wonderful venue (even better now that they have installed permanent seating!), and very reasonable ticket prices. That being said, now for the casino. If you don't care for the smell of cigarette smoke, beware. There is a very limited non-smoking casino area. As for dinner, we ate in Pom. Service was excellent. The meal, not so much. My medium-rare prime rib was medium-well, although well-seasoned. My wife's seafood was a bit overcooked. All-in-All, my wife says a mediocre meal. Next concert we will eat before arriving for the concert.

Overall it's a nice enjoyable place to spend some time and try your Luck ! But, the employee at the lower level counter area where you can purchase items, who allowed another patron to walk right up to the counter. Cutting 4 people standing in line patiently waiting there turn, including myself who was next to be helped. I did not make a fuss, though I and the others in line were angry. I did politely inform the employee, that it was not right that she ignored that the woman she clearly saw walk up to her as others had already been waiting. Her response was a Sarcastic, Snotty....OH WELL ! And continued with, do need something or not, as she stared me down. At this point I was very angry, as I was Embarrassed and Humiliated. And even though 2 patrons behind me commended that it was not right, referring to her actions and response to something she did wrong. The employee just ignored and helped us with a Bad Attitude and far from a Smiling Helpful face. I held myself from reporting her, because I am not a bad person. But I will say this, if this is the type of employees that Represent Fantasy Springs Casino. Then they give us No Choice but to Spread the word of my recent experience.

Stayed overnight here before and the room was very cozy, relaxing and peaceful. View was not that pleasant as you must remember you are in the middle of the desert. The buffet was OK not as tasty as some others I'd been to and not as may options or desserts I'd hoped for however satisfied my hunger so that was fine. Pizza was tasty and fulfilling. Played keno wasn't able to win anything worthwhile or keep any momentum so decided to just enjoy the room. Was given free room accommodations paid $100 which wasn't returned until 3 days later back into my account. Won't be doing that again. It would be worth it if all my food was free and if I had won but wasn't the case so not worth my trip or time. But I did get to relax and sleep a bit in a clean, comfy, quiet, nice smelling space so 2 stars from me!

Had an amazing time! Definitely would come again! The rooms are pleasant & comfortable with a breath taking view! Love the pool & jacuzzi! & The buffet & bowling alley are awesome!! Would love to come back & do it all again soon!!

Had meeting in Special Events Center. Free close parking. Conveniently able to enter either side of building. Spotless, quality facility that is able to change room sizes as needed depending on the event. Good food and service. No complaints. Would recommend.
