These guys/gals are great.  I was always with a 1800 insurance company and they were able to lower my payment and increase my coverages.  Really good people who genuinely care.

They never call back like they say they will. I've been with them for 5+ years. I'm sure they can do better.

I was transfer to this agency when my agent moved to a different insurance company.  I then changed my homeowner's insurance to a different company.  Twice I called this agency to have them cancel my insurance which they wrote through the NCJUI and twice they did not cancel, so my mortgage company paid the wrong insurance company and I get to deal with it!

Stay away from Farm Bureau.  They do not fulfill their obligation when presented with storm damage claims.

Was given a notice of cancellation a month after signing up. It is very unprofessional to not inform me to why or how to fix it. Please shop elsewhere
