Never fails, always come in no matter what time of day, busy or not busy, afternoon or noon... there is not any chicken ready. Like they dont think they will sell any I guess. Then they look at me and tell me 20 minutes. By that point what choice do you have, already invested the drive in.  I guess they just want me to wander Farm Fresh. Same at all of them. Maybe some lean six sigma process efficiency training is in order to increase the staff effectiveness. They are consistent, just in a poor way.

I wish I could remember the lady's name who worked the bakery this morning. I called up Bc we had a gender reveal that day and the original cupcakes got dropped! So I called and she was so helpful she stopped what she was doing and made them right then! Love this store!

Personally I think their prices are a little on the higher side unless you grab sale item (s).
Fresh Fried chicken is always great but seems there is always a line /wait  for some to be cooked.  This seem to be pretty regular

Every time I go into the Deli I get stuck waiting for the rudest individual I've ever encountered in customer service.  Tonight I walked in and stood in line behind a woman waiting for fried chicken.  The individual working was doing something... and he kept just looking at us.... not talking... never telling us to wait a few moments... just looking.... and sighing every once in a while like it was all too much for him to bear.  The lady in front of me left after about 7 minutes, never having been waited on.  After a few minutes another lady walked up, waited a few minutes and then the worker asked her 'what do you want' without preamble.  She indicated that I was next, and he asked me 'what do you want'?.  I placed an order and he said it the chicken was cooking, and it would be a few minutes (the case was FULL of chicken).  He then walked to the back of his area and stood there, never asking the other lady if he could help her.  It's just ridiculous.  He frowned, he stared... he made it very clear that he didn't think that serving us was all that important to him.  It's inexcusable for anyone to be that rude in this day and age... and he is consistently rude like this... every time I go.
