I ordered a custom cake about 3 weeks ago and picked it up Sunday. I paid almost $200 for this cake and it was my mom's 60th birthday. The cake was absolutely HORRIBLE. It looked beautiful but it was terrible. Extremely dry and it just crumbled when you tried to cut it and fell apart on the fork. I threw the cake away after paying all that money for it. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I would not go back. Extremely disappointed. Extremely!

I have been here a few times but today was my first time having a gluten free cupcake. It was pretty good!!! I could barely taste the difference. My kids also enjoyed it. I think I will try a vegan cupcake next time!

I just want to say that I am utterly disappointed with the quality of the cupcakes. I went into the store with high hopes being that this store has high rep due to an appearance at cupcake wars. I was surprised to see the variety of cupcakes (no problem there) I ended up ordering the key lime pie and double chocolate cupcake. I was shocked to see that the cupcake was so large but that was pleasant to see. HOWEVER, the taste was TERRIBLE. I never thought that I could have a cupcake that was so dry. It crumbled as I was unwrapping it. I still tried to eat it. But I ended up throwing it away. I just came up with a hypothesis that it was just a bad day. Upon my second visit, I tried four cupcakes.(Strawberry, Pink Champagne, Cookies and Creme, and the Hibiscus) Someone made the decision to put hard candy on top as a garnish and that was terrible. The cake itself was very very dry. The icing itself was crusted over as if it had been out for more than its shelf life. The rest of the cupcakes shared this same quality. The cookies and creme had a weird taste. It didn't remind me of the flavor that was being presented. The icing resembled the aroma and taste of a maraschino cherry. So my wife called and they assured her that it was not used in the recipe. But there is no way a distinct flavor like that can be mistaken. I deeply regret going here and I am certain that I will not return for these expensively disgusting cupcakes.

I ordered cupcakes and a wedding topper all gluten free for my wedding and the customer service was great and the cupcakes were a huge hit! Everyone loved them and they were beautiful.

I tried their redvelvet and choclate cupcake it was anything but a cupcake. It was so dry the icing was so sugary and you could actually taste the sugar crystal.i am not sure if it was because the cupcake was stale but did not taste good at all. I made my husband try it he did not like it either. I had a birthday cupcake from food lion which tasted way better than this pricey overly dried cupcake. Will not return here.
