First of all ive been there twice and the staff is really nice and ready to help (they have beautiful furniture but kinda pricey) but once one person takes care of you they follow you everywhere in the store. Kind of annoying and uncomfortable. I left both times just because of that.

Very unprofessional and rude young white lady at the payment counter. And they rip me off on the 12 months no interest. And no, I never missed a payment. Either they can't do simple math or they are dishonest.  Never will I come back here, Badcock did the same, haven't been back since 2007 and never will. And I spent a lot of money with both over $8000 at each store.

The moving guys will put dents and scratches in your couch when they deliver it... A week after delivery two other men were sent out to install a connector piece on my sectional so the two couches wouldn't come apart. They installed the piece terribly and off centered. I had to unscrew it and position it correctly myself. 

Also, I moved from Georgia (military) to Wisconsin and had to pay Farmers a $2 fee every time I wanted to pay my bill over the phone, which was the only way to pay. They didn't care about my warranty either which i paid $200 for :( I never got new replacement cushions like they promised.
I would recommend getting your furniture elsewhere.

Furniture is alright, however; I have to say that the staff can be overbearing. Not only do they call all of the time to try and get us to come back and buy more (so much in fact that I have blocked their number) but the sales rep is constantly sending mail to get us to come back as well. I think it is a bit excessive.. we bought a living room set less than a year ago... we have not even had time to break it in yet - We don't need another one!
