I have been a customer since August 2012, and had good service but since Mina became manager our experiences have been nothing but stellar even when there was issues with our products. She goes above and beyond to make sure that any issue that may have come up is resolved in a timely matter. I'm  very happy that the staff is attentive to my family's  needs and would be hurt if  Mina  and Chavez left.

My family and I have been customers of this rent a center for five years now , the whole crew is amazing we are treated as family not just a customer . When our fridge went out we called them and Chavez ensured we had one in a matter of hours . Mina the store manager is amazing she goes above and beyond to ensure your experience with Rent a Center is amazing . I have referred family, friends and even strangers to them . Thank you for treating us like family .

I have no complaints about this store, only good things to say have an excellent service Mina is the best of the best that Rent a Center has to help you in everything very friendly always cheerful does everything possible to help you always make sure that the merchandise is in good condition if something is damaged quickly solve you. I do not know what I would do without Mina she is the best Thanks 😘

We have been customers for over eight years! I love the service I have received over the years. I'm very sad to be leaving the area because I know we will not receive the personal and professional care we been given by Yemina, Chavez, Anitatyree and Larry. From my family to your staff thank you for everything.
