Bonnie, Jim and Dawn have been an absolute delight to work with. They always answer all of my questions promptly and provide a great level of service you just don't get from most insurers in this day and age. I'm also the kind of person that needs to micromanage all my finances and not once did they ever lose their cool under a barrage of questions, sometimes even calling them back multiple times a day. Bonnie helped me with my life insurance and I am so grateful that I finally got life insurance. I have two kids and I don't want anything bad happen to them if something happens to me.  I wanted to make sure their goals and dreams are provided for.   Bonnie also directed me to get legal help to get a will. I feel so relieved that I finally did this planning. I got better car insurance too. I didn't understand renters insurance either. Ask questions to find out. Bonnie let me express my concerns and helped me understand the importance of planning. I cant wait to meet with her again to learn to save for my retirement. Bonnie, Jim and Dawn and great.

I met with Jim and Bonnie. I own a business. I believe I have special concerns in that I must take care of my customers and my employees. I met with Jim and Bonnie to take care of both my business insurance and my personal insurance. I even learned that I need to get life insurance because if something happens to me, I want to make sure my two kids dreams are taken care of. With so many things to take care of, I finally see the importance of having a large enough life insurance policy to take care of my family. I feel like I finally have a burden released. I am then going to take care of life insurance for my business because I have a key man, as Bonnie put it, to take care of. If I lose this key employee it will be hard to get him replaced by a top caliber person. Ensuring the business is important to me. Wow I learned a lot from Bonnie. Period.

This agent is the worst of the worst zero customer service .This is the worst insurance company you ever want to do business with.If you're looking for bad service with people that don't care Then you  found the right place buyer beware.This agent is a Wolf in sheep's Clothing .
