The rates for my car insurance was better than everywhere else so the sales agents and all are a good 5 stars but so far as for claims go. I’ve sent in photos of the accident of the vehicle being completely pulled out of the parking spot. Not even the bumper being in the parking spot but they’re still saying it’s looking like it’ll be a shared responsibility. Now, when I call and try to figure this out; it seems more like it’ll be easier for them to say it’s a shared and raise my rates than for them to fight and actually protect their clients. So my opinion on tht isn’t going to change until they show that they atleast TRIED even if it comes down to shared responsibility

Man, no customer service what so ever. I have been with geico for many many years. Not any more. Oh Yeah, that's right, my entire family across the u.s. are geico customers, not anymore. Once they saw how bad geico did me, everyone of them are now planning to find other insurance companies, because if geico let it happen to me, they all know it is possible that it could happen to them. Never again

Hands down best insurance agency in town. Best customer service. Highly recommend going in and getting a quote it didn't even take me 15 min. for a car insurance quote. They saved me 300$ from my State Farm policy. Great office with great service.

Unbelievable, this is the first time I called Geico. Unpleasent experiance with the female agent named Edeth. She asked me for my social and all the information needed. As soon as she informed me that she would be running my credit, I told her I wish I was aware of that prior to giving her my information. She hung up on me afterwords. Unprofessional phone ethics.
