Excellent service and knowledge. When I signed on with Brett at Farmers he went through all my existing details and gave me solid advice on the right kind of insurance for my needs, which gave me better coverage and saved me a bit of money.

Recently I had an insurance issue come up with the mortgage company and mentioned it to Brett asking what I should do.  He said he'd take care of it and came back later that day having dealt with the bank - he got everything cleared up extremely well and much to my advantage.

I very much recommend Brett as your insurance guy. He clearly understands the industry - he knows whats important and whats not important in terms of what kind of policy suits me best. He genuinely does work on your side to get stuff done and understands what customer service is all about.

I just filed a claim - maybe for the first time ever - and couldn't believe how easy and fast it was settled and paid. .  Brett's team is great The total experience was way beyond my expectations.
