Steven Kim has been our agent for many years and has always been professional and responsive. Like a lot of families we have multiple vehicles including kid’s vehicles, renters insurance needs for kids in college as well as rental properties and he goes out of his way to ensure he meets with us regularly to structure our policies in a way that gives us the best coverage at the most cost effective price. I highly recommend him.

We moved here from out-of-state and found Steven through the Farmers website. We were already Farmers customers, so we needed to switch to someone local. Super easy! Steven took care of all of the transfer stuff and was always available on our time table. He was very knowledgeable in other products as well.
