We are an insurance agency that believes in the motto,

We’ll happily wear the label “old fashioned” if it means we shake our clients’ hands, look them in the eyes, and tell the truth. We’re hard-working. We’re reliable. We conduct business with integrity and have high expectations for ourselves. Too many businesses today pay more attention to their ringing phones than to the customer standing right in front of them. Not here. If you stop by our office, we’ll drop everything to sit and chat with you, offer you coffee, tea, or some bottled water, and we’ll most likely have some fresh baked goodies on hand.
Back in the day, this was known as “having company” and guests always got the first slice of cake.
If you contact us and we’re helping other clients, you can expect us to return your call or email the same day. In fact, we pride ourselves on not leaving for the day until every client communication has been answered.
