I came in to discuss my needs with Christine and left. I told her I needed to speak with my wife. She thanked me. I came back about an hour later and she was leaving to an appointment at the DMV, but saw me as she was leaving. She said I'll change my plans. She took the time to take care of me and made me feel like they appreciated me and my business.

Everything from the beginning phone call to the last phone call and everything in between was just 110%. I currently run a service business and I was very impressed with his customer service. Not to mention I'm saving a ton of money compared to my last insurance company. I was able to get car insurance and renters insurance for the same price that I was getting minimum insurance for. Tim Wheeler is absolutely awesome.

Tim and Faith at Farmers have provided us with an exceptional level of customer service and continue to do so. We recently moved back to California from Texas and they made the transition seem seamless. We feel we made the right choice by having Farmers take care of our insurance needs. We can rest easy knowing Farmers Insurance is there for us when we need them. Thank You, The Sharma Family.
