I have never asked for a quote from this company or ever called them for that matter but they call me repeatedly, daily, to either hang up or offer me a quote on auto insurance. I have asked management several times now to have the company stop contacting me yet they still contact me daily. I get calls at all hours of the day and night form them and have been told by the agents that "We are just hitting our quota of outbound calls" making it sound more like a telemarketing firm rather than insurance sales. Their total lack of concern with this has been a great demonstration of their customer service skills.

I had the best experience. I was in & out. The representative Alex Hernandez was such a great help. He was really quick & not a lot paperwork. Thank U so much for all of you're help. I would definitely recommend all of my family & friends to go talk to him about their insurance policies.
