Lets see. My experience was not a good one to say the least. The office lady (ashley) was very rudy and hastey. First off i had requested a movie (maleficent) from the greenland location to be sent to the farmington location due to farmingtons copy being to scratched to  watch. Well i went to pick up new copy and (ashley) told us they had not pulled it off the shelf yet. So i said we could just go pick it up, she said thats fine so we drove to greenlands location to pick it up (11:00 am). We got there and found out that the greenland location didnt open till (12:00pm) a little frustrated at this point that (ashley) did not inform us the locatin didnt open till then but we thought oh well we will wait. When it opens the gentleman informed us the movie had just left to be dropped off. So more frustration sets in but we figured oh well again because we live in farmington anyways so not to big of a deal. We drive back to farmingtons location and we walk in, go to the desk and ask if it has made it yet, ashley tells us its still not in and wont be in until next tuesday (july 5th) im sure you can understand my frustation at this point. I advise that you have a talk with your office ladies (ashley) about better customer service and to give as much detail as possible instead of being short with customers and making them feel rushed out the door. Not good for business nor for the community. Hope you get something fixxed in this location before it turns around to bite. Not a happy customer to say the least!!!!!!!!
