Me and my friend both went to this nail salon and we both were very disappointed when we left. They were rude and were smacking my friends hand!!! They have a terrible color selection and when I went to dry my hands I went on my phone and one of the girls yelled at me because i wasn’t done “drying”

DO NOT GO HERE. In short words, they took forever, her tools were not clean and now one of my toenails fell off and another one is infected. Gross place and over priced. Save your money and go to any other place.

So I went here with my mom for a fill and maybe a new tip on one or two fingers. When I first come in I ask if they can do a gradient kind of paint (you know when you put multiple colors on a sponge and pat it on the nail) and am instantly told no in a rude tone. I then sat down with Kevin who seems nice at first and then I tell him I need fills and maybe new tips on 2 fingers, I thought he understood but I was wrong. First he clips one of my nails (I have shorter nails and have been trying hard to grow them out) SUPER short. He puts the acrylic over all but two nails (one of those he doesn't even fill), he didnt even clip the bottom part of the acrylic and placed new acrylic over the bad stuff that was about to pop off, and when he was doing the cotton balls he got it stuck in the acrylic? He then starts filing my nails and on one he starts filing down so rough my finger starts bleeding, but he doesn't even say sorry just makes a face and pats it with a towel, and then CONTINUES to file in the same spot. He probably nicked all of my fingers with the drill at least twice after that.

When he was painting my nails he was just throwing my hands around like ragdolls so the paint is getting messed up, and then he just puts on the top coat (which is currently peeling???) and tells me to go dry my hands, after I go to dry he just grabs a coffee and runs out of the store? What the heck? The whole process was rushed, painful and messy. Its been not even a full week and 4 nails have popped off. My mom said her nails were burning for a few days and the nail polish they used on her was goopy and clumpy too. We are definitely not coming back. :(

This place is terrible, some of their technicians don't know how to do nails, they get an attitude and impatient if you want to make sure your nails are perfect. They take too long and REFUSE to do your nails at the same time. I wish Victoria Gardens would open another nail shop and close this one, HORRIBLE SERVICE

The owner is pretty rude, at least I think she's the owner or manager. There are a few good techs though. The ONLY reason I keep going is because it's clean, and for the $20 mani/pedi. The customer service is just ok.
