If I could give zero stars I would. I had purchased a dress online and went in-store to exchange it and this store has by far the most ratchet, cheapest material clothing ever. Nothing compared to what they display on their website. Also, not to mention that it took forever for someone to help me since their systems were down and all for the rude cashier to tell me that I could only exchange with what they had in the store. In other words, if you purchased online you have to pay the return shipping in order to be able to receive store credit and get something from their website. Which is complete bs to me because if someone takes the time to drive to their store they should have the option to receive store credit for either online or in-store purchases. Don't waste your time and gas to visit this store. Stick to purchasing online. Complete disappointed.

I ordered this dress at fashion nova. I will have to give this one to my girl friend. I am not a fan of buying clothes online, I was just amazed with the dress that was bought by my sister. I was thinking that if my girlfriend would wear it ‘ she will look more beautiful. We have a date tonight and for sure she will use it.. I can’t wait to see her now !!.. thank you so much :)

Overall I am satisfied.. I like your clothing, the texture is so smooth, color and fitting is good.  Regarding the delivery, it was delivered on time but for the staff I can give 3 star.. I’ve been contacting them regarding the new product but still no update till now. I will just give another review once’ get info.from you staff asap…

My new heels from fashion Nova just arrived. They were neatly packaged, and when I opened the parcel I was in love. The shoes looked really good and they fit just right. They were delivered on time, so I’m definitely buying from their online shop again.

I was just confused why there are some negative reviews on this site. At the very least it's a 5 star company for me. I have experienced no negative issue at all.. Pretty good selection of clothing at fashion nova. Nothing bad to say, delivery is fast as it was promised. A must have.
