I purchased a pair of red shoes, with a zipper in the back, from this location.  I'm not a big fan of stores who do not honor refunds, but because I didn't have a problem with the first purchase.  I said...what the hey...I'll purchase a 2nd pair. Well, this shoe was on sale for $19.99, purchased them on Feb 15, 2013 and wore them that evening for 2hrs.  Those where the worst two hours in my life!! This shoe dug into the back of my heels, creating a sore. On Feb 16, 2013, I took them back to the store, receipt in hand, asking for an exchange, just like the sign stated. The first thing that bothered me & made me fell uncomfortable was the two female employees began to speak spanish, right there in front of me! I'm of non-latino decent and didn't understand why they would discuss this issue together in "private".  They then went and got the manager. He refused to allow me to exchange or refund the item. I was very upset and dissapointed. I vow to never return to this store.  Mainly for the poor customer service and now I see they sale very poor quality merchandise, I will not recommend this store to anyone.
