Were quick to help with the exact size I needed. And I wear a 13 wide so it's not very common. They had 4 varieties on hand that fit, which is better than others.

Went there to get steel toe shoes and at first Amanda was nice, she greeted me and ask if I needed help, also ask me if I was paying for the shoes out of pocket and I said yes but for now I'm just looking. Immediately she made a face, turned around and went sit down. Ten minutes past and I asked her some questions and she answered them with burden. I'm never going to do business with them. Amanda is too rude to be dealing with customer service. She had no patience at all. I don't know if she is the manager or the owner but she is no peoples person. Long story short I left and went to another Red Wing.

The only reason they stay alive is because they contracted with big company so these employees have no other choice than them if they want Red Wing shoes. Amanda is so rude. She will close the door at 5:30 PM even they open hours is until 6:00 PM. Even when you are in store, they will not measure you feet at all. Will try to kick you out the door if you have a concern. Suck to do business with them.

I visited the store a while back and don't think I'm coming back if that lady Amanda is working there. She is so rude starting with the faces she make, she didn't measured my feet like they advertise, and every time I asked her for a shoe she look like she didn't want to bring it. Not happy at all!
