So thankful for Fassler's Florist.  They have consistently delivered beautiful flowers for many occasions over the years.  Destiny did an AMAZING job on this arrangement for Ben's service.  Thank you for taking great care of your customers.

I had an unfortunate experience today with Fassler. I ordered an expensive flower arrangement for my wife for our 30th Anniversary. I ordered it three business days before it was to be delivered. As of 1:30 PM on our anniversary, the flowers have yet to arrive. I called Fassler to ask what happened. They told me, "we deliver to Ohio first." I told them that mid-afternoon delivery days after I placed my order was unacceptable. I was then told, "you did not tell us you needed a special delivery." (My faulty, oopps!) I said that mid-afternoon delivery under these circumstances was never acceptable. The person I spoke with kept on making excuses. By the way, the flowers have yet to arrive!!!!!

So impressed. When I missed their call, they came back at 8pm at night to make sure my mothers fruit basket was delivered on her birthday. Thank you for going the extra mile.
