They went above and beyond what I expected. I will only use kreations by Karen from here on due to the quality of the product and professionalism. I highly recommend them!!!!!!

I am from out of state. I used them this weekend to send 3 different arrangements (ordering on behalf of friends living overseas) for a funeral visitation on a Sunday evening.  I had initially selected another well rated florist in Lexington, but they could not do a Sunday delivery and recommended I call Kreations by Karen.  All three arrangements were in different price ranges (low, medium, high), with specific requests (colors, types of basket or standing spray etc) and had complicated messages for the cards.  The order taker was very patient with all the requests.  I attended the visitation and saw all three arrangements-  THEY WERE PERFECT- exactly what I had ordered on behalf of each person- colors were correct, beautifully arranged (generous looking and not skimpy) and all messages were done correctly.  Kreations by Karen did a great job and I appreciate them very much for doing such great work during a very emotional time for us.  I would not hesitate to recommend them based on my experience

I ordered from Arizona for a friend in the hospital.  The flowers have not been delivered yet, but the compassion extended to me over the phone was enough to make me give this business 5 stars.  I trust the flowers will be exactly what I ordered and exactly what my friend needs.

A disappointing experience.  From Texas, I recently called this shop and ordered flowers for the funeral of a dear relative. The order-taker was friendly and assured me that $100. was sufficient for a really nice, full basket.  However, the basket that arrived looked very skimpy---not at all "full."   (Is this how they treat  all out-of-town customers?)

A super friendly staff, who quickly and correctly processes my multiple floral arrangement orders.  My "go-to" florist for all my personal and business orders.
