Thank you Tony for diagnosing my Invicta Excursion Iridescent. I was ready to send it back but lo and behold your actions have revived it. I'm keeping it for now with finger crossed for but still owe you a diagnostic fee for your efforts. I'll be back with battery service for my collection of too many fine timepieces. I recommend Fast Fix Fashion Valley.

Helped fix our iPhone when a piece of the charger got stuck inside!! SO nice and helpful! Apple wanted to charge $300 and were rude about it. Go to this place!

When in to get my watch polished and I was recommended to just change the crystal since it would have the same effect but much cheeper, so of course I agreed.. Not even a month later and the crystal chipped from the inside.. I'm not even sure how is that possible but after consulting a different shop, they told me that is common when using aftermarket cheep materials.. Now unfortunately I only released that the crystal was chipped when it was already full of water and permanently damaged.. When brought back to the shop they wouldint even call me back to tell me if the watch was savable .. I had to call them 3 weeks later.. And of course the watch was permanently damaged.. And when I asked about the warranty on the crystal he even gave me some sarcasm saying that obviously its the only part with out warranty.. I asked to speak to the owner and they would always tell me he is not in.. I ask to be called back from him but of course if they didn't call me the first time they will not call me this time... I make more then what these losers make in a day then what they make in a month.. so the price of the watch is not a big deal.. To bad it was my Dad's, that passed away 3 month ago.. Reading all the other comments made me realise that I'm not the only one that is bin wronged so I am giving my available for a joint lawsuit against them or even just report them to Fashion Valley's partners.

Had a watch battery changed and was charged for a two year warranty. When I told them I don't need two years, but a year instead, he was mad. He took my watch, opened and did something and said I have only 1 year. Within a few weeks my watch stopped working. If any one has similar experience I am willing to work pro bono to file some action on behalf of all who got ripped off at this place. Let's spread the word until them.

I needed a knife engraved. I told the guy over the phone exactly what I had and what I wanted done and he quoted me $25. I show up and for a barely believable excuse the price went up to $35. I went ahead with it, but when I got the knife back the engraving was so light that it was barely readable. I went to another jeweler downtown and asked if it could be fixed. The new jeweler agreed to polish off the bad engraving and engrave BOTH sides of my knife for a total of $20. I feel like I got ripped off by this place, and they did a bad job regardless.
