I was looking for a tungsten ring for my wedding band. I know as a bride that is very unusual. The sales worker kept pressuring me to purchase something sparkly or a gold band. I was very clear that I wanted a tungsten ring. After ordering a ring I wanted we were told the ring would be ready in about two weeks. After the two weeks we were told the ring was not ready and will be available for pick up in another two weeks. Another two weeks went by and we followed up again and was told the same thing. While shipping in the mall we decided to stop by the store to inquire about the ring status. Apparently the ring was estimated to be ready in about three months from the order date. The sales workers did NOT tell us this, but kept telling us it would be ready in "two weeks" or soon. Frustrated we cancelled our order.

Please don't waste your time here.  Me and my fiance wasted time. The people that work there are very unprofessional.  They all had an attitude and wanted to throw rings down your throat. You can tell that they are hungry for money.

Brought $1000 woman's wedding band and a $2500 men's diamond wedding ring. Staff was accommodating. 
Kay doesn't have the "best" prices, but we found what we were looking for after a lot of searching and got a little off the price during negotiations. The resizing (Unfortunately necessary because the rings only come in one size) was expensive at $400 and also got the insurance $150 for re-dipping / polishing the surface and for the Leo diamonds. The first time home the ring didn't cause any skin issues. After the resizing, the ring causes red welts. Sent back in to the shop to fix. Fingers crossed.

Been here now twice....

Asked to get my ring cleaned, the lady took a toothbrush and brushed it twice. 
Asked them to look up the information and the lady looked once said it wasn't there and then asked me to get a "free Kay's card"

I should've learned from my first encounter when I tried to get my ring fix and all the guy wanted to do was sign me up ...

ALWAYS RUDE... NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS LOCATION

My husband are huge kays shoppers we have been to quite a few state side and this one is by far the worst one i have ever been too. Poor customer service, they have no desire to help you and are not friendly at allm i will drive 20 miles out of my way to avoid this specific  store and their over paid undertrained  employees
