Worst lot near the Albuquerque airport. The staff will consistently utilize the same aisle forcing customers to park far from the entrance while closer spots are available, they consistently have the fewest and fullest shuttles picking up at the airport. Combined this means that the customer who had to park far from the parking entrance must wait 10+ minutes to be picked up once they return and want to go home, rush to get in line so that they can get on the shuttle and then forced to wait for an extended period of time to be dropped off because the shuttle's overloaded. Today, at ABQ, there were 5 flights on the Southwest baggage claim at the same time. There was one FastPark bus, a 15 minute wait while every lot gets more buses, 8 stops (10 people on the small shuttle) and SEVEN (7) shuttles just parked at FastPark, doing nothing. 2PM on a Friday. There are simply no excuses. If my company didn't force me to use FastPark I would no longer utilize their services, this is a long time complaint as they have gotten worse over the last year.

I have never used fast park before so when I pulled up I thought we had to park and then give them the keys (again I have never done it before). I walk up to the building and this lady at the front starts talking to me like I’m an idiot and should automatically know how their process works. She was talking down on me for parking in the employee parking lot when there was no sign that indicated it. She also accused me of not making a reservation (which I did) and she kept denying me. Finally when I had someone else check me in I got through. I wish I got her name... I only know she has dark hair and terrible eyebrows.

Very safe location fir my vehicle while i travel. Booth attendants are awesome. Mechanic Joaquin helped me boost my dead battery. Thanks guys

This place is awesome. You can't find cheaper parking and the customer service is fantastic. They have security cameras too
