Max at park it place is AWSOME, he took care of my inquiry very swiftly, he was effective with his feedback regarding the company and process my transaction in a timely manner,he took account for a mistake that was made online, made it his priority to fix my issue... I APPRECIATE individuals like him and wish we had more Max's IN THIS WORLD.

I used Park it Place lots for my UNM semester parking permit.  Their lots are a great value for the price. I will never wait for the UNM shuttle again....so worth it to pay a little more for the convenience!!

I have never had a problem with Park It Place! If you park without paying, I think it is only fair that you are ticketed. This company takes care of most of the Downtown lots, and I will only park in their lots! They have so many convenient ways for you to pay, that makes it so easy to find parking Downtown!

I park in three of their lots all the time, have done for years.  I find the mobile app really easy to use and they are always helpful if I call with questions.  Go local!

I bought a permit at a lot nearby my office. Often, I would have trouble finding a parking spot in the morning or after lunch and would end up being late for work. I called the Park It Place office and all they would tell me is to park at a different lot, miles away (and walk 30 mins to work? No, thanks.). The lot is leased (shared) by a local church. I decided to call the church to ask about the parking situation and they would tell me things like "oh, yeah, it's volunteer week" or "we had an event and allowed people to park there today". So, essentially, I pay Park It Place a flat monthly fee for "first-come-first-serve" use, except when I lose out on a spot, Park It Place still gets my money. 

Update: I spoke with a manager who was friendly, promised to look into the situation, and offered a partial discount of one month's fee.
