Story

A unique community based wine-pub featuring small production wine, craft American beer, thin crust organic pizza and lasagna, generous organic salads, artisanal cheese and charcuterie, house-made delectable desserts and a true espresso bar. Located in the historic Twin City Building, at first a market and social hall in the late 1850’s, Fat Cat embodies its own inspiration, a convivial atmosphere where food and wine are shared over great conversation.

Our menu is simple and straight forward, with an emphasis on organic and local ingredients and partnerships with authentic producers and purveyors of fine, fair, food and drink. Our wine selection champions the small producer with an emphasis on long held relationships with winemaking families domestically and abroad.

Named in Food and Wine Magazine’s 2006 collection of “America’s 50 Most Amazing Wine Experiences”, the Fat Cat wine program features a wine list with over 300 unique and edifying selections from ultra conscientious wine farmers/growers and a cutting-edge wines by the glass list with over 30 offerings.
